Step 1: Prepare the Pre-Spray Solution

• Mix WS Hybrid Pre-Spray at a ratio of 40ml per litre of water.

Step 2: Apply the Pre-Spray

• Apply a heavy, across the carpet surface using a suitable sprayer.

• Allow the pre-spray to dwell for approximately 15 minutes to enable effective breakdown of soils and residues.

Tip:
Do not allow the solution to dry on the carpet — if necessary, lightly mist additional pre-spray to keep fibres damp during dwell time.

Step 3: Agitation

• After dwell time, use mechanical scrubbing equipment such as a counter-rotating brush (CRB) or rotary machine to thoroughly agitate the carpet fibres.

• This step ensures deep penetration and loosens embedded soils for superior cleaning results.

Step 4: Rinse Extraction

• Prepare your rinse solution by mixing WS Stain Repel Rinse at a ratio of 60ml per 10 litres of clean water in the extraction machine’s solution tank.

• Rinse extract the carpet methodically, removing all pre-spray residue and suspended soils.

• Avoid over-wetting by ensuring consistent, controlled passes with the extraction tool.

Step 5: Finishing and Drying

• Once extraction is complete, groom the carpet pile to restore texture and promote even drying.
