Ensure the solution is fully blended before application. Step 2: Apply Pre-Spray Apply a heavy, even coat of pre-spray across the carpet surface. Allow the solution to dwell for approximately 15 minutes to penetrate soils and stains. Step 3: Agitation After dwell time, agitate the carpet fibres using a mechanical scrubbing tool such as a CRB or rotary machine. This helps to loosen and lift embedded soils and stains. Step 4: Rinse Extraction Prepare your rinse solution by mixing High Power WS Neutraliser (Acidic Rinse) at 60ml per 10 litres of clean water. Rinse extract the carpet carefully and methodically, ensuring all chemical residues are removed. Step 5: Spot Treatment (If Required) Any remaining stains can be treated using a suitable spot cleaning product. Tip:Work in uniform, straight passes during extraction. Avoid zig-zag movements to prevent pile distortion, especially on wool carpets.
