Powerful Citrus Solvent Action

The citrus solvent system provides additional grease-cutting ability, making the formulation particularly effective where oily or greasy contamination has become embedded within the carpet.

Once applied, the formulation begins working rapidly to break down, loosen and emulsify heavy soil deposits, allowing them to be effectively removed during extraction.

On many cleaning jobs, minimal dwell time is required. Agitation can be used where necessary, particularly on heavily compacted or deeply embedded contamination.

The concentrated powder also provides excellent economy, with only a small amount required to produce several litres of ready-to-use cleaning solution.

Alongside its heavy-duty cleaning performance, Solvent Citrus Powder leaves behind a clean, fresh citrus fragrance designed to complement the cleaning process without being excessively overpowering.

Directions for Use

Scoop Size: 15 ml

Always pre-test Solvent Citrus Powder in an inconspicuous area before use to confirm colourfastness and suitability.

Add the required quantity of powder to hot water and mix thoroughly until completely dissolved.

Apply evenly using a suitable professional sprayer. Agitate where required before thoroughly extracting.

Do not allow the solution to dry on the carpet.

Pre-Spraying

Mix 1–2 scoops per 5 litres of hot water, depending on the level of soiling.

In-Line Sprayers

Mix 1½ scoops per 1 litre of hot water to prepare the concentrate.

Use at approximately 1:8 dilution.

For particularly heavily soiled areas, adjust to approximately 1:4, where appropriate.

Truckmounts

Mix 8 scoops into 20 litres of hot water to prepare a metering concentrate.

Set the chemical meter at approximately 2–3 GPH.

Important

Solvent Citrus Powder is designed primarily as a high-performance pre-spray and should be thoroughly extracted following application.

It is not intended to be used through the extraction tank as a cleaning rinse.

Recommended Rinsing

Following application, Solvent Citrus Powder can be extracted using the appropriate BrightChem rinse, depending on the carpet, level of contamination and required finish.

Always select the appropriate rinse for the carpet being cleaned and pre-test where necessary.
